The first trip is now over and everyone is either at the airport or in their hotels waiting for their flights going out tomorrow. We will unpack the vans and get them cleaned out for the next group.  We also have to organize all the materials for the new participants.  Dinner tonight will be interesting as we will have the new participants joining the staff and participants from the first trip for dinner.
After dinner we will once again distribute all the materials and then have a much needed good night sleep.

Reflection:
The first trip went exactly as I planned.  We were late at the observatory several times but our trainers were very understanding and patient.  Everyone seemed to enjoy the training, accommodations at Indian Lodge and food. I hope that everything goes as smoothly for our next group.  I am looking forward to providing this wonderful experience again and hope they will take their new knowledge and go back to their own collaboratives and begin to conduct field experience in their region.
